How do I get started?

Simply select your plan, calculate the annual cost and call/email us with purchase order information. You can be up and running the same day!

What training will I need?

Usage and administration of the entire DataSabre system will only require a one-day training course. According to the plan you have selected, training either takes place on a scheduled ‘public’ course at our facility in Warwickshire, or on your premises for your user group only.

Do I need to download any software?

DataSabre is a web-based system so there is no software to download. You simply need a PC, access to the internet and login details.

Will it impact on our existing IT systems?

Hosted systems like DataSabre have a negligible “footprint” and will not consume IT resources – either in terms of network space or personnel time.

Do we need to upgrade our PCs?

DataSabre’s transactions take place “in the cloud” not on the PC, so you should not need to replace existing equipment.

What about data security?

DataSabre’s servers are housed in a modern data centre and managed by a professional data security team. The servers and their data are secured to rigorous and exacting current standards.

What helpdesk support is available?

Telephone helpdesk support is available to all DataSabre users during office hours. Some plans also provide access to a dedicated web portal for online inquiries.
