The nomination follows a very successful year for DataSabre in which it was procured by a number of healthcare organisations – within the NHS and overseas – to support best-practice water safety and microbial testing regimes.
Jonathan Starling, Managing Director of DataSabre developers Spidex Software said: “This is a very exciting nomination, and credits everyone involved in the creation and development of this fantastic management system.”
“It is a great honour to be recognised by this keynote conference for the support DataSabre provides to private and public sector duty-holders in their hugely challenging water safety roles.”
“This is a year for anniversaries. It’s 40 years since the legionella strain was identified, 25 years since the L8 Code of Practice was established for legionella control and 10 years since we started in business. Maybe the stars are aligned – we certainly hope so!”
Congratulating the nomination, Mateo Sulis for Combating Legionella said “The quality of entries was very high, so being shortlisted is a great achievement.”
Combating Legionella has become firmly established as an important calendar date for professionals working in the field of waterborne bacteria control. Over its two-day duration, the conference attracts hundreds of delegates keen to hear specialist guest speakers talk about the latest developments in this vitally important field.
